STAND UP PADDLE-BOARDING
SUP is taking the surfing world by storm. While SUP’s have been around almost as long as the surfboard, it wasn’t until just a few short years ago that its “comeback” emerged in full force. And Imagine master shaper Corran Addison was just the person to get on board and bring this sport forward. As an Olympic Kayaker, and designer of over three dozen commercially successful recreational kayaks, combining paddlesports with surfing was the simplest most natural thing.
One of the first things you’ll notice about our SUP’s is they are not all made the same way. Our wave riding boards are designed to withstand impacts from giant waves, while our inland training boards need to resist the rough launches of rocky inlets and the abuse the rails take from distance paddling. We ad extra layers of cloth (not just epoxy) to the rails because this is the part of the board that gets the most abused, and stronger rails means your board lasts longer. Our SUP’s are also made from recycled EPS foam so we can keep weight down while performance is up.
Thats the key to our SUP success - designing each board for its specific user and that users needs.
Our SUP’s range from cutting edge wave surfing machines, to training and recreational boards for inland rivers and lakes. So whether you’re in Hawaii, or Kansas, we have just the right SUP for you to get out there and enjoy stand up paddleboarding.
All boards available in Intec and Flux Core
